I had to use this service when visiting family up north...

I’m glad I found the website when I did as sites like these can be a bit claggy and not very good, however, emergency’s website was so simple to find and book an appointment I was still dubious like I was going to get to the dentist and they didn’t have a booking but honestly it was great from start to finish within booking my appointment at 4 in the morning to being seen at 10am as per my choosing I already had a resolution for my tooth problem by 10:15 and the dentist themselves were great, professional and accommodating it’s was super smooth start to finish. Wish all things were that easy. Sadly the service doesn’t seem to stretch as far as our location down south but if it did and I needed it again I wouldn’t hesitate to use in a heartbeat.

    April 2026

Well, my day started with me saying to my wife 'I have a problem' I had suffered through tooth pain for months, knowing the last time I visited a dentist was years previous prior to meeting my niw wife. The morning started with my wife ringing a emergency dentist. I was booked in at 2 pm...

Wow it started with me walking into a spacious reception area where I spoke with a beautiful kind lady who asked ma a few simple questions and then asked if I could complete a digital form on a tablet device, this ook all of 2 minutes. She then sent me to the first floor waiting area. I young male dentist invited me into the spotlessly clean hygienic operations room. The young man introduce himself as Dan. Despite is young years this proffesional, talked me through what might happen in the next 20 minutes. He started by taking an x-ray and then proceed to tell me this is not going to be simple. He offered me an option of returning another day but clearly said he 'would give it a go' next followed some waiver paperwork and he strated with the injection to deaden the effected area. Once numb he started to extract the offending tooth and advised me of otherworldly which really auot to be fixed. 5 minutes later I was without the troublesome tooth, Dan did say you will be gore later tonight and tomorrow. I want straight home after spending the best £120 I have ever spent. I followed his instructions to the letter, The numbness left me several hours later and to my suprise no pain and zero pain since. I am now looking forward to my next visit. If you need a dentist should that be in a hurry or not, please do yourself a favour call Emerdancy and ask for Dan

Types of Dental Emergencies We Can Help With

Emergency symptoms vary, and some can worsen quickly without a professional assessment. Dentists in our Wolverhampton partner practices can help with issues such as:

  • Intense or continuous toothache that does not improve with pain relief
  • Breaks, chips, or cracks in the teeth, caused by biting pressure or sudden accidents
  • Swelling, tenderness or possible infection, including signs of a dental abscess
  • Restorations that have failed, such as lost fillings, loose crowns, or broken bridges
  • Trauma-related injuries, where a tooth has moved, loosened or been knocked out
  • Complications with wisdom teeth, including swelling or restricted jaw movement

An emergency assessment helps to identify the cause of the problem and gives you clear guidance on treatment options.

FAQs

In most cases, yes. Appointment availability is shown in real time within the Emerdency booking system. Booking earlier in the day usually gives you the best chance of securing a same day slot.
The initial emergency consultation costs £49 and includes any small X-rays needed to diagnose the problem. If you require treatment, core treatments are charged at £40 per treatment and advanced treatments at £120 per treatment. Your dentist will always explain the costs before any treatment begins.
Yes, we do see children. All appointments are on a private basis, and children are charged the same clear fixed fees as adults, as shown on the website.
We are a private service and do not offer NHS appointments, so we are unable to accept benefits or NHS exemptions. All appointments are charged at the private fees shown on the website.
We are able to provide permanent fillings, but this cannot always be guaranteed at the initial appointment. The purpose of your first visit is to relieve pain and stabilise your dental health.
